We were stuck in Mississippi because we evaluated Houston, TX because of Harvey.
This was the best experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. The lady behind the counter was so kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I rented the right vehicle to accommodate me and my family. This was the same lady that help me a few months early when I was trying to find a 12-passengers van; she called enterprise and gave me the number to other car rental agencies in search of a van. She provided me with different options in I didn't find a van; she also told me about and signed me up as an emerald rewards member. She was great; very kind and courteous!
It takes a while to get from the counter to the cars. It's a small airport, but they never seem quite prepared with all of the information needed. As an Emerald Club Member, I hope for better and more efficient service.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Walked up to the National Counter our vehicle was ready. Very impressed with the Dodge Caravan! Only 120 miles were on it. Worked great for 4 ladies with 4 sets of golf clubs and luggage. Easy return. Thanks for the great trip!
National took advantage of our situation by charging us double for the extra days we were stuck. We asked them how much would it be to return the rent in Houston and they said it would an extra $1600.00 to return the car in Houston tx. Enterprise came to our rescue. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM NATIONAL AGAIN
