I had the best customer service experience when I went on vacation last week in Gulfport Ms. To the powers that be , I would like to shine a light of praise for "National Car Rental " employee "Cynthia Weber" at the Gulfport Airport.

Amazing friendly staff as always. And the weekend rates are unbeatable. They even gave me a premium car at a pick em price. However I was told that the car needed to be back at 12 Saturday. I couldn't make it back in town by that Time so I dropped it off Sunday when they were closed assuming I'd be charged an extra day. However I was charged 2 extra days. The young lady I spoke to told me that was correct and I didn't feel like debating her. She was polite but that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Spoke with someone over the phone he answered hello, but in the manner of which he said it i thought I might have had the wrong number at first but I asked him a question, was told to hold on I could hear him ask a nearby employee but I didn't get a reply just a dial tone as he hung up on me, must be hard to find good help these days or one simply doesn't like their line of work in which case I suggest they find another avenue rather than treat people with such disrespect. Two thumbs down.
He was able to get the car I want for the price and he was super friendly.
She helped me when the competitor failed . She was kind and made a phone call to the offsite Enterprise where "Galen Doucet" answered the call and saved the day!
