I picked up a screw in my tire after work on the way home pulled into the firestone near my home they had my tire fixed and on my way in no time at all great service and a very professional staff
The personal worked really hard to make our experience as pleasant as possible.
The woman in the office, Jessica, was really nice. She came outside and had a conversation with my husband and I and was playing with our dog. I had an appointment so I didnt have to wait for them to start. The guys fixed the car and we were good to go. It also didnt take as much time as they had said.
