First they didn't have the appropriate fluids for a full service which I paid for. Then they didn't check certain things cause when mentioned them they said I didnt do that. This place is a joke and can't even call it a shop for oil services....
I've taken my car to the Gulfport location for the past 7 plus years. Management has changed several times within that period-some good and some not so good. I brought my car in today for a routine oil change, and now the speedometer is not working, the temperature is stuck on 29 degrees (it was in the high seventies today) and the horn keeps going off. When I contacted the manager Don, he told me to Google the issue. He was dismissive, uncaring and shady. No wonder this location has so many issues. Good, decent service is truly the exception. I'm done!
