I cannot. Let me repeat I cannot say enough good things about this shop. In my business I travel near & far. Unfortunately that keeps me on the road quite a bit & while on that road I have met more than my fair share of drivers texting & doing anything but honoring road rules. I have sent friends & family to all of Advanced collisions locations & they have never encountered anything but considerate, professional & consistent service. Hal, Tim & Mike will do what is necessary to make sure your vehicle is 100% back on the road with your safety being the highest paramount in the process & peace of mind restored. They have always made a tough trial into a great experience. I would not go anywhere else given the choice. BTW....the coffee is great too! My thanks to a great team living up to the highest standard. Ya'll always boost my faith in local people with a heart.
Mr. Steve was very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend Advanced Collision. I am beyond happy with the work done on my car. It looks like a brand new car.
I would not recommend taking an automobile to advance Collision. Any body shop that you goes to that has such a clean office up front with nobody parts or any Bondo dust and people walking around nicely clean don't get your car fixed there if I would have known how many cars they had in the back that needed to be fixed I would have never left my car there in the first place it took too long for them to do anything the insurance companies got aggravated with him but of course they blamed the insurance and insurance claim them I have a tendency to believe the insurance because the amount of cars it was parked behind the building they hide what they can't get to their parts are spread all over the place they're not organized whatsoever I will never ever tell anybody to take their car to Advanced Collision on Highway 49 in Gulfport Mississippi terrible service terrible Communications they don't do what they say it's just not a good body shop.
