This particular part guys at all I've been looking for parts for my friends that came down and have a wonderful little camper it's time for snowbirds right now in places are hard to find. However this spot and well hidden. There's fishing close by laundromat facilities cable TV Wifi there's Recreational Park swimming pool laundromat etc etc real nice big oak trees nice clean place. The management is very hospitable.
This place is horrible if you miss a months payment they'll brake into your home and still things from out of your house.
Dirty, over priced, DIRTY .... and I repeat DIRTY
Manager is rude. Trailers need to be tore down. Repair work on trailers are some cheap and half ass. I know I live here.
