The staff are a bunch of slum lords needless to say that will cut ur power off after u pay. Instead of cleaning bathrooms they just close them. Roaches in the campers.ant filled picnic tables. Bottom line dont judge this book by tye cover cause u will be highly disappointed
Very nice shady place. Not too close to hwy noise, etc. Everyone here very respectful of others. Management are all very friendly & helpful! Unless you want to be on 90 and the beach. It is great place to park for a week or year! All size dogs allowed. Very much hope to call it home for a while.

Been living here for 3 months. Peaceful and safe environment for a single female like myself. Great owner and management
Small park with 5 pull through sites. Next to nice gas station/subway (without bars on windows). A little rundown but maintained. Somewhat expensive for one night($42!), but feels safer than others in the area. It is mostly long time people living there with a few passing through. Everyone was nice, full hookups worked fone.
