Whatever happened between 2016 and today was the right fix! The office staff was efficient and great at keeping us informed on the status of our move time. On the day of the move the nicest kindest men showed up to move my mom's ancient furniture. They took great care to make sure each piece was handled with tender loving care and made the move quickly and with the least disruption to my mom, that was moving to assisted living. At her new apartment they set up the bed and furniture exactly the way her bedroom was at home and made sure everything was perfect for us and her. If there was a 6 star rating these movers deserve it for being so nice, compassionate and professional!
