Wow! That was the worst move I've ever experienced. Very unprofessional. The crew was 30 minutes late, but felt the need to take their breaks on time. I'm not a professional mover, but it makes sense to start with the large items like furniture so you're not cramped with boxes when you have to reassemble. Not these guys, they feel it's best to move everything in first and then put the furniture together. I helped with most of the furniture and had to redo my son's crib because they didn't do it right. I could go on for ever on how they tried to avoid doing their jobs. The pictures will speak for themselves. It was supposed to be a full unpack, from 8-5. The pictures are how they left the house at 6:50 PM.
Luther, Carl and James were fantastic! They unloaded everything quickly and efficiently but carefully. They made sure everything was put the way I wanted it, took the time to make sure things were right and even took a moment to help my girls with something. We had a terrible experience with the packers/movers from another state but once we got here to MS, these guys really put in the work. And to top it off, they made it fun and we all had a good time working. I would highly recommend this company!
