What a great example of customer service. The assistant manager had an amazing personality which spread to me through the rest of my day. I got the unit i was looking for in a very clean, safe and easy to get to environment. Happy i choose Life over all the others.
Patty was just Awesome! She got us the exact unit we needed and did it very quickly. She's a joy to talk with and very helpful. The place is spotless and made me feel very good about leaving our furniture with them. Highly recommend.
I was very pleased to find a storage facility close to my home. What I did not expect was the excellent friendly service that comes with it. Additionally, the units are neat and clean . Having wide isles between the units was a plus. I highly recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for a safe place to store their belongings.
The staff was very professional and courteous. They were very helpful and made me feel like I knew them for years. The storage facility is very clean, and has plenty of room to maneuver if you have a morning truck or s large trailer. This and the staffs help made my move stress free.
I would not recommend this location specifically being they want to overcharge for the units. You can get a better deal elsewhere and they will raise the rates on you as well. Having to move items to a cheaper location so do your research prior to getting one. I thought this place was high but was close and did not realize they would raise the rate 20.00 month. Place is OK other than that but would say other places are nice too and better deals.
