THEY ARE GETTING OVER WITH THESE PRICES THAT IS WHY THEY LOSE SO MANY UNITS! TRY WORKING WITH PEOPLE LIKE HATTIESBURG, MS! THE LADY WORKING IN THE OFFICE IS NICE, BUT IT'S NOT HER FAULT THAT THE COMPANY OVER CHARGES TO KEEP YOUR ITEMS AND THAT THEY CONSTANTLY ADD $100 LATE FEES WHEN IT'S BARELY EVEN A MONTH PASSED. They are in a good location and they do not be long. You will be in and out there. I like them they are very nice people.
Came into the store at 9 A.M and was taken care of within 20 minutes. Great customer service, outstanding help hands down. Recommend Tellus on east dedeaux rd over any storage unit in the south. Great prices great deals.
I can't believe this place has 5 stars on google. When we had a storage unit here mice got in it and almost ruined everything. You can see they have mouse trap boxes out in front of the buildings. Of course, they had excuses and tried to spin it as our fault, but we had nothing in storage to attract the mice.
PLEASE DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! I RENTED A CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT AND IT WAS DIRTY AND COVERED WOTH ROACHES AND MICE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I NEVER MOVED IN THE UNIT AND IT WAS LIKE THIS FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND THEY NEVER CLEANED IT OUT AND WHEN I REQUESTED TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED THEY REFUSED DUE TO IT BEING A PARTAIL MONTH RENTAL. WHO WOULD MOVE INTO A RENTAL DISGUSTING LIKE THAT AND PAY GOOD MONEY FOR IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
