Customer service was fine. Both men at the desk were friendly. The mechanics however, need training. Why rent out a diesel truck that has tires that should have been replaced a while ago and Def issues. We had to replace the truck in Memphis TN is which was a other joke all in itself. Penske needs to send corporate down to these stores and hire qualified, trained employees who can do their jobs.
Good prices
Mike did a great job making sure we had to trucks ready for our big move. With all the headaches that come with moving Mike did a great job making sure our trucks went smooth and easy. Penske is the way to go and will never look to the other guys again.
All Penskes seem to be decent but this one is real small
While everything has been nothing but a major headache for our move to Missouri, Penske Truck Rental on Seaway in Gulfport Ms and specifically Mike at the rental desk has been fantastic.
