I waited 10 minutes for it to arrive. It hadn't so I called. According to them, it would be sent again. The pharmacist had to intervene as the wait period had become unacceptable. She called twice before the prescriptions were sent.
I am a local guide. Today I went to this physician's office. I waited 1.5 hours in an empty waiting room to see someone. The nurse practition did not exam me. She took a guess at my diagnosis and shortly thereafter said she'd sent my prescription to the pharmacy .
Very slow turn around to get patients in and out. Waited for 2 hrs to be taken back and then another half hour before I finally saw a doctor. Nurses waited 10 minutes between patients before calling someone back after another person left. Very disappointed. Never had to wait this long at this clinic before.
I suffer from sinus infections and other issues. They're polite and courteous. I always get my prescription from them timely and correctly.
What is most unpleasant and unprofessional about this horrible experience was that the receptionist at Memorial... violated my patient's right according to numbers 17 and 19 of their Patient Rights & Responsibilities pamphlet. Apparently, they thought no one reads it.
