They aight they're kinds pushy on the apple products... I HATE APPLE. New charger for everything and updates mess up old models. Droid til I die!
I have had an awful experience with this company. I purchases a jet pack to do about 5 hours of work a week for school. The data started disappearing within a few short hours, without video streaming or anything difference than the current weeks. Called the customer service and talked with a gentlemen he refused to let me speak with another person after I requested repeatedly. Called back and did receive a very friendly lady who assisted me, I was informed to go to store and get a diagnostic done on device. Went to store and they told me there was nothing they could do, to contact customer service. I have had the run around for a week. 35 dollars of data should not run out in 5 hours without streaming videos. I have been with verizon for 6 weeks now and only needed 1G a week which is 20.00... and not I can't make it through a dat with it an nothing at all has changed in my school. Very rude customer service and apparently they are taking my money and not giving me a reason why it's disappearing.
The sales associate was very nice. I went in there with a specific question about a phone that was on sale. He answered it and asked a few things about what I wanted and showed me several options that would be comparable phones. He was very knowledgeable about each phone, but did not pressure me into any specific direction. He told me that the phone I was looking at would be the best deal because of the sale. He also told me all about the return policy and what time frame I had and restocking fee. All in all, it was a good buying experience. I ended up buying the phone I went in for, but I felt like it was a much more educated decision.
The guys were great but the phones didn't work after waiting for a week. Not happy
Very professional staff!! A++ service. Has everything you need to upgrade your current phone service or just repair what you have now. What I'm highly impressed with, the honesty of their employees. I've tried for several months to replace my Droid and multiple Verizon stores said, 'it can't be done'. This store within 2 days had a new phone in my hands and fully set it up for me. Kudos to all the people in this store!!!
