Driver took package to wrong address! Had to re-order and driver brought second package to door and dropped it off without even knocking. Miracle it didn't get stolen! They do not care at all about whether you actually get your packages!
One of the employees at FedEx stole my mother's laptop that she purchased from Ebay. The driver claimed to have delivered the package (GPS supposedly confirmed location) which never happened because we were all there at the time, and nobody knocked on her door. She had to file a police report, make a claim through PayPal (denied) and report to the main office of FedEx, send tons of paperwork to the main office and nothing was successful. A crook employee got away with a free laptop.
Very fast and efficient workers. There was no line to wait in and they knew exactly what to do.
Delivering package at 12:30 am, who delivery that late at night!
