I love the workers, they are super nice and know what they are talking about.
Worst experience trying to order my wife shoes. I order the shoes using the locator system and am told by an associate that it will take a couple days. Get a call the next day and am told to come in and pick my money up because those shoes are not being carried anymore as the model isn't made. Show up to the store and the manager tells me that they contacted a local store that was sending it to them. Told me within a week I'd have the shoes, 2 weeks go by and still no shoes. I call an associate who tells me that it is in the system and pending arrival but will be another 2-3 weeks before they arrive. One month from my initial purchase I get a phone call that they were finally in, show up to the store and the same manager that ordered them for me had sold them to somebody else. Worst customer experience ever. Nice people but over promise and under deliver. If this is the way they do business I'd highly recommend saving yourself time, multiple counterproductive trips, and the run-around and purchase your shoes elsewhere.
