I have ate at about 3 different locations and all of them have great food and great service. Their servers are very nice and see that you have everything you need to enjoy your meal
I really LOVED my time there. My waitress Donna was on point with her service. The food was GREAT and just having Donna serving me made it even better. She should get waitress of the month.
This location was pretty cool. It was close to their closing time, but the waitress was still friendly and welcoming. No one was trying to rush us out the door while we were eating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the raspberry lemonade not being as good as other locations of Cracker Barrel.
I've eaten here before and dined in and had a good experience. However, this thanksgiving was the first and last time I will try their holiday meal option. I ordered over the phone and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I got there and paid and waited from noon until 130 until I actually got my order. The waitress came out and explained to me that my original order along with another couples had been made, but no name was put on them and they were just put to the side so obviously no one thought it was important enough to come out and investigate who might be waiting on them. So she had them remake it and gave me a "so sorry" for my ride home. The remade plate was lukewarm, and featured small portions including a whole half slice of ham and turkey and about 2 tablespoons full of dressing, just a patch up job to rebound somewhat from the original mistake. So in the grand scheme of things, I waited an unexpected 2 hours for a sub-par, unfulfilling meal and had to go out again to find a plate. If you guys are searching for a place to prepare a quality holiday meal, I HIGHLY recommend going to Food Giant on hwy 49 and having them prepare your meal instead.
I just love this Cracker Barrel. They are always so friendly and the food is great. It can get busy and may have to wait but it is totally worth it! I do a keto diet and this is the perfect place to go for breakfast. I just have to ask for no biscuits or grits and all good!
