Lived here for a year. Ever since a new company bought the apartments this year they have gone from wonderful to disastrous. I would love for Maggie and the old staff to come back.
Management Sucks! it takes weeks to get minor repairs done in units. The security gate hasn't worked in over a year, and there is no access to the pool unless you are a family member of the Management
I have lived at Sawgrass for 4 years. I have had very few problems, the staff is great and my neighbors are great. Any complaints I have had have always been delt with in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I have had very few peoblems with the children and that too was delt with. In my opinion the only people who really have problems here are the ones who cause them.
I'd rate this place a 4 when I initially signed my lease a couple years ago This place gets a 1 for the last 3 months. I'm not sure what happened to it whether management changed or not. Had an issue with my rent (that I paid mind you) and this new woman Was simply indifferent to my grievance. Not the way to treat someone that has never been late for rent ever for the entire duration of my lease
I agree sawgrass park apts sucks A$$ and were not staying anymore jan 01/2013 The managers are very nice before you sign the contract. After that, they will hide from you. They clearly don't like it if you complain about anything and they don't solve problems. There is always trash in front of my door and they never wash the floor of the entrances. There is mud on the walls and the codes for the gates always have problems. The children run wild outside because their parents want to save money in daycare and nobody is responsible for those kids. The kids scratched my car and they are always around people's cars, I have to keep watching them. This place is awful. I don't recommend to anybody. I have several friends living in different apartment complexes and they are much better. and they need to get new MANAGEMENT and they need to FIRE Magi and her staff.
Half the tile in kitchen has come up and they still haven't fixed it. It has been 2 months now. My car was hit in the parking lot. The gates weren't closed for a year. They let the most disrespectful, loud, and trashy residents move in. I suggest no one ever considers moving here even though the rent is extremely cheap.
