As a military family, we have moved a number of times and worked with many realtors. The first thing that we loved about her is her pleasant, warm and professional demeanor. She showed us numerous homes on various days and times that were convenient for us. Jodi knows the market well and steered us in a direction that met our needs and wants. Once we settled in on the home my wife and I felt was the perfect one, Jodi guided us through the process of negotiating a great deal. We closed on the home and moved in a few months ago.

Wilson is fantastic
Had a very unpleasant experience with Jodi! Not only was she unreachable 99.9% of the time, she was purposely ducking our calls about a house my fiancee was highly interested in buying in gulfport. Jodi would not work with our Realtor at all and she kept telling us constant last minute issues were holding us back from closing in on a Sale. It was very clear she did not want to split commission nor did she want to sell it to my fiancee as he already had a Realtor. I recommend that unless you deal with Jodi and only Jodi, you're going to get screwed over! I would never hire her or look at dealing with any properties she has in the future. Her customer service and lack of professional common curtasy Is less than desirable. I'm sure this will be deleted just like my fiancee's post on zillow was.
