I don't understand how the driver just didn't even stop at my apartment. I was home and watch him drive by. Didn't even attempt to stop. Yes my mailing info was correct. As early that week i received a package from the same company. So how did this happen no clue. So i had to go through all the steps to have it sit at the facility in good old gulfport. Did i get a call back nope.Check the status on UPS sight states called primary number and no answer. I think it was just late and no one wanted to do any thing about it. Much like the driver who made such a poor attempt.
If I could give them a negative star review I would. This is the THIRD time they have not delivered a package to me on time. This branch needs some serious revamping or restaffing. This is ridiculous.
Ups sent me a email said they attempted to drop off my package and no one was home and it was no where safe to leave the package. Both was a lie. I was home and I live in a gated community with camera and huge front porch. The ups truck did not show that day. I was home all day. Ups sent me the email at 7:30 that night. I believe the driver did not attempt to drop it off because we have cruising the cost this week and it would have taken him long to finish his rout. Also I would like a direct number to ups here in Gulfport to complain because that number on the site is not even local. My package is late 2 days. I wish the people I bought my merchandise from would have used FedEx never had a problem with them.
The wait was a little long, but that was only because they literraly had more than 3 customers in line the whole time I was there. They handled everything expectantly and were very friendly throughout. They didnt make the wait longer by being social but still made everyone enjoy (as much as possible) the wait.
$2000 money order stolen right out the package from one of their employees. I paid $45 to send the package over night. Package was being sent to NY. Package got to front door in NY taped up instead of the SEALED ENVELOPE i sent it in. Money orders were cashed, when i received copy and of the front and back money order to see who cashed it and where, i found out it didn't even make it out of MS. How does an empty taped envelope go through so many UPS hands and no one realizes it's empty? Maybe nobody wanted to report it because they were afraid it would fall on them. Stolen right from Gulfport warehouse! and the money was never replaced to me!
