Absolutely abysmal. Delivered an incredibly important engineering sample to wrong address, which they would NOT give me, and didn't take a signature even though they had one box missing. Second package was held for no reason (or notice) at distribution center. Literally no reason. Third package driver literally waved at person who was to accept delivery, then marked the package as un-deliverable due to customer not being present. I have enough losses and reason to sue. This center needs new employees. DO NOT USE FEDEX IF YOU LIVE IN MS GULF COAST!
The left my package in the middle of my apartments hallway were 4 other apartment front doors open to. I was out of town and our policy at the apartments I live in is that they take the package to the office if the person is not there to answer the door. These people at this branch are so lazy. My package end up being opened and looked through because they were to lazy to take the package the the apartment office. When a package is 95 pounds and cost 2000 dollars it should be left in the office not dropped off in the hallway. These people are lazy and shouldn't be working for this company.
