This company told me to go to my doctor and get notes to get a new walker. After they were faxed to Medlogic, they said they could only sell directly to me, not file on my insurance. The price was inflated, I could get one anywhere half of Medlogic's price. I was furious! I wasted the time of my doctor, their staff, as well as myself. They said they had no recollection of telling me to go to my doctor, even though I'd written it down. They even told me their fax number. Very bad PR for this company!
