terrible service. went there with no one waiting and receptionist was busy texting on her cellphone. she asked for my insurance info and would not accept my information because i did not have an insurance card, because i had not received it yet (new insurance). offered the information via cellphone, but would not accept, offered email confirmation, and still would not accept. I was forced to call my insurance company and when i asked for the clinic's number was given a fax number and had to google the number. once insurance company called they offered to fax the info, and when speaking to receptionist again she was very rude and unprofessional making joking comments about why i was there to be seen. Do not waste your time, because it is terrible and i still was not seen even with military insurance.

I went in on Sunday feeling rotten and miserable. The nicest, friendliest nurse and Nurse Practitioner saw me within 15 minutes and properly diagnosed my strep throat. I drove 30 minutes from Pass Christian because they were open on a Sunday, and it was well worth it!
