It's a great gym dont get me wrong, it's clean and the machines are well maintained. BUT! with that being said it would be nice if the employees would walk the establishment a little more because almost every time I come in there is always groups of ppl that just post up around machines and chit chat for 30 mins at time and it makes it really hard to work out because when you ask them to move they just say "oh were using this machines".
Good fitness center. never packed. Lacks a few essentials that a true gym rat likes. Such as a squat rack and a GHD, but excellent value for price of membership.
The upgrades are great here! The staff is okay. Don't really have an opinion about them could be a bad thing.
Great atmosphere and recently remodeled, new machines and friendly staff.
The staff needs to be more knowledgeable and professional. An example l asked if they had a defibrillator and the response was no...just for the record they do. I don't want to hear about how their co worker can't find a boyfriend because of her weigh, just rude. That being said it's a clean facility and really is a no judgement zone on the floor.
