The coaches are attentive and work with people at their individual levels. There is no intimidation and they continue to push their members to give 100%. The members are friendly and welcome you as soon as you walk in the door. I look forward to 3:30 every day to get my daily dose of Crossfit therapy!
Great people and very knowledgeable staff! I enjoy the competitive atmosphere of Crossfit and actually look forward to the challenging workouts! It forces me to amp up my intensity much more than I would by myself in a gym. Seeing results too!!
I started here last January and it’s been the best thing for my fitness since working in college. But the best part is the people and the coaches that you get to workout with. It’s a great place to push yourself to be healthier and to form a unique and fun community.
