Our purchase experience was great. Mimi was our sales person and she did a wonderful job. The 1 star rating is for the awful delivery we had. We ordered a bedroom set, dining room table, and a large section with recliners. This was a big order and was going to be alot of work. Our furniture showed up at 8am, with one man working the delivery. How on earth is this one man supposed to bring in boxes weighing hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Essentially i paid $400 to work on my own furniture. WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THEY OFFERED $100 REFUND!!! WHAT A JOKE... not to mention a cushion was ripped during installation and we found metal pieces broken off part of the couch as well....we will not be using rooms to go anymore.
Went in while in the area to get an inexpensive coffee table. When we told the employee what we were looking for, the first thing out of her mouth was that we couldn't take anything with us and that it would have to be delivered. On a $149.99 table the delivery charge would be $399.99 which is 2.67 times the cost of the table. Since this store doesn't actually have anything for sale that you can take, I guess it is really a "pretend" store. The website is really misleading as it states that "while there may not be a sample on display, there should be one in stock."
