We bought 3 beautiful couches and 2 matching chairs for 2 different living areas about a year or 2 ago. They are lovely and the owners worked w us to get us exactly what we wanted.
I bought a sofa tv stand and electric recliner. Sofa great tv stand had a few scratches. Recliner is terrible. All u feel is wood. They claim it's the chair I picked out don't think so I think they wrote down the number for chair they wanted to unload. I had a big recliner from Walmart that was made way better and a lot less money. Ask them to take back but they won't I was even willing to pay more for another chair. It's only six months old and mechanisms is broken. Go figure. I will never buy from them and never referr anyone there sorry workmanship Now I have to have back surgery and I don't have a good recliner to sit on. Bad store ps had to wait six months to receive
My powered love set and sofa was delivered two weeks ago from Gray's Furniture in Gulfport Ms. Other than a back brace that was only stapled in with no glue popped out and almost poked through the leather Grays took it back to fix it. But the manufacture used some Particleboard My new leather did not smell like leather like the ones in the pass that I bought. It Smelled like Formaldehyde Glue from the Chip Board that was used in the construction. ( Engineered lumber )as per the manufacture said in there web site. It is to strong of a smell as of 4 week now. I bet they can't sell this in the state of California.
Excellent experience. Not pushy at all. My lazy boy had a small sqeak after a couple of weeks. I called and two days later they were at my house and repaired my chair for no charge. The repair man explained to me how much they were invested in customer satisfaction and explained in detail their phenomenal warranty. I can't say enough how much it's appreciated.
