Their service was unprofessional at best. They didn't provide the obituary and registry on-line, as stated. They kept sympathy cards belonging to the family. They were late bringing the deceased to the viewing before the service. My poor mother was absolutely stressed, and has expressed immense displeasure with them, and let her feelings known to them. We will not use them again for bereavement services.
I personally like the job they did with my dad. I was actually impressed.
I'm not sure what the above user experienced on that day, but I've been to plenty of memorial services that they've facilitated, and the services were great! In my opinion, this is one of the only affordable premium services that's offered on the Gulf Coast.
