I have been dealing with this store for over a year now and had really good experience. They are polite and competent. I actually drive all the way here because the other UPS store on Highway 49 is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Walked into the store, I had a package to deliver to my Dads who lives in middle of nowhere in Florida. Would've costed $20 standard to ship a $25 harley davidson tshirt to there through ups, since it's not a normal ups ground route. The clerk told me he wanted to help out a fellow vet, so he told me usps down the street does it for $6. They are not there to scam you to pay for something you don't need. I will definately be back for my future packaging off base!
Very helpful and kind. Was is and out within minutes. Was greeted at the door right away and asked what i needed help with. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
I did suggest an edit to Google with the correct closing time & they have corrected it on Google.
The actual UPS website (& GOOGLE) listed the closing time at 6:30. I drove 30 minutes to make it here by 6:30, only to arrive at 6:15 & read their sign stating that they close at 6:00 pm......EVERY DAY that they're open.
The guys that work here are always helpful and friendly. They are quick to help and always on it! I love this place :) and will continue to come here.
