Selection was very good, floor crew and self help employees great with wonderful attitudes, however customer service was totally lacking. Long wait line exceeded 14 people at one time, only one person behind desk and she was trying her best but completely overwhelmed. management should have recognized problem and stepped in. Assumption: POOR MANAGEMENT
I do love Sams and my family has been buisness card holders for 20+ years so to drive 30min to the nearest we don't mind doing. Today was upsetting. We made that drive, filled up our cart, and only after we got in line did another customer inform us that the Credit Card machine was " down" they are only talking debt, cash, or check. We left empty handed. It would have been nice if they had a sign at the door so we didn't waste our time shopping. We would of been cool with an apology from one of 5 workers we spoke to about it.
Shelves were well stocked. Lines moved very quickly.

Sam's club has always been a nice store with friendly employees. They are remodeling which is making the store a whole lot better.
