This place is slow.... I mean really slow. The workers promised us lots of bill credit and promo offers then took them back when we went to sign up for the plans. I've been here 10 hours over the past three days. They love to say the customer service dept will say one thing while store management says another. Do yourself a favor and avoid the shell game!
Sold me 2 broken phone, no signal. Manager recommended I buy a more expensive phone since other 2 previous phones didnt work, also didnt offer a refund. Bunch of snakes in here. Going to Verizon.
