Smaller casino. Very guest oriented. Unique offerings. Holiday "how to' classes for specific tier level members. Great fun. Well done. Otherwise facility is somewhat tired. New beach tower coming in 2018 which should make a major improvement.
The casino is okay, and the hosts are awesome. The machines are all no name, and the jackhammering in the lobby is awkward. The rooms in the Beach Tower are over priced and noisy. (You can get a better room for less somewhere else.) You do get free soda on the casino floor. Skip the buffet and go to Treasure Bay instead.
Front Desk staff leaves A LOT to be desired, same for the Phone Operators. No one could locate an active room comp I had on the phone or at the front desk. I found it, buried in my inbox the day after I left.
Our stay at Island View was great! The valet can be confusing since it's on the other side of the street. The amenities are wonderful, they have great places to eat (recommend Carter Green Steak House) which is located right inside the casino. The rooms are amazing and the view is just the same. The staff is very accommodating and I would recommend anyone to stay there.
We stayed in Casino Hotel for two days. Had a great time. Staff was very courteous. My only complaint is I wish they would go back to the pillows they used to have! They were awesome now they are just too thick. I bring my own! Great fun, entertainment and food. Buffet the best on the coast!
I played a concert here with my Linda Ronstadt tribute band “Blue Bayou”. This resort is the greatest. Better then any casino in the northeast. Beautiful hotel rooms, great food and amazing staff. The people that work here are so friendly. I would love to go back again.
