Worst cab company ever...waited 30 mins called cab company back asked if we could wait 10 more minutes after we've waited 30
Made us very late to out concert, not happy at alll!!!!!
I have to give a shout-out to Yellow Cab. I was in a hurry to get to a concert and they went out of their way to get me there on time. Thanks a bunch!
Its interesting to see other reviews... I have had great service from Yellow Cab! They were there for me when I needed them and for the price quoted. Give them a try, you will be happy I'm sure. Based on the bad spelling and no actual profile pics from the others I think something funny is going on. Looks like a competitive smear campaign that Google has not picked up on?
Terrible service! Do not use. You call and call service dispatchers hang up almost immediately without placing ypu pick up with their drivers. Called multiple times told cab will be there in 10 or 20 minutes. 1st time I waited over an hour, second time over 2hours!
Worst transportation company I've ever encountered. First time I called they said 15 minutes, 30 minutes later I called and they said it would be 10 minutes, I waited a total of 90 minutes. The last time I called they told me they had no record of me calling. I did not wait any longer and contacted another company that was to me in 15 minutes. I would not recommend this yellow cab to anyone EVER!
