Arrived 0700 for an oil change. Service guy got my information right away and move my truck forward, for the mechanics to start servicing my truck. Waited around, talked to a few customers, looked at a few cars, and had a couple of cups of coffee. 0830 rolled around, I noticed my truck was off to the side. Asked the service guy if he had me down as a waiter? Absolutely was his reply. Didn't think much of the time at first until I noticed customers that had arrived after me, got oil changes before me and were leaving. Then came the old classic 'you're next in line'... 0900 Truck finally made it to a rack.... Been doing business with Turan since 2007 and will continue to do so. This was the first time an oil change took that long. Problem I had was being set aside. Otherwise I would rate the services at Turan 5 star.... R.Harris
John L. always offers very helpful & friendly service. All I had to do was make one call to let him know what I needed replaced and when I needed it by. He then went above & beyond to make it happen. This is what I call great customer service! Thank you!
I dropped my car off on Monday, 10/2/17 morning and was told they could get to it by Tuesday evening or Wednesday. I asked Rose if it would be better for me to just pick my car back up and bring it back when she told me they would get to it and I was told 'No' because it would take even longer for them to get to it. She said to leave it because it is already in place in line. However, I didn't even get a response concerning what was wrong with my car until late Thursday and that is only because I kept calling, and I still didn't get a diagnosis on everything I put the car in the shop for until Friday morning when I called. Then I was told that my car would be completed by Friday afternoon only to get a call back later to say, it will not be completed until Monday no later than 12 pm because they would not be open on Saturday due to Hurricane Nate. If they originally said my car would be finished by Friday afternoon, then what did Saturday have to do with my car not being finished on Friday? I'm sure other cars were moved up in the line and mine was pushed back. So for a whole week I had to pay for people to drive me around to run my errands and to get back and forth to work. It was a big inconvenience to me. I still wasn't able to pick up my car until after 1 pm on Monday. After paying for people to take me places, I still had to pay $583 to have a water hose fixed on my car. It was a total inconvenience and I could have taken it down the street for a cheaper price and had my car back within a day or two at the most. I hate I didn't shop around before bringing my car back to Turan Foley. I purchased my car there and my parents purchased their cars there. It was the loyal thing to do but it will never happen again. I will never bring my car there nor will I purchase any other cars from there. It has never taken my car that long in the past at Turan Foley. My experience was terrible! I normally do not write reviews but this visit was deserving of one. If you tell me one thing then I expect just that.
Talk about getting your game on... 40 plus years of having cars serviced Turan Foley is the only place I can say greets you politely, listens to you, keeps you updated through the process. Bring my vehicle to Turan Foley for my oil changes too. In and out in no time, plus relax in the waiting area while enjoying food and drink. Clean bathrooms always and from front desk to checkout always treated with respect. Thanks Turan Foley, keep up the Great Service, need more places like this.
