Let's start by saying, I'm very hard to impress. And Wow! Guys! THIS is what service is all about. I went to purchase a car alone, as a young single woman. This can be a very scary experience. I visited other dealerships prior and they were all pushing overpriced low-quality cars on me with no warranty!

Just went in for me 2nd service with Allen Toyota, and again got top notch service. Only needed my tires rotated, but with all the extra checking they do they were able to let me know my battery was going bad. The only "bad" thing I could say is Saturdays seem to be a busy day for them, but next time I'll schedule during the week. Still completely satisfied with them.
