I'm honestly not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I called, made an appointment, waited a total of 7 minutes before I was called back. The person I saw was fast and efficient. Really pleased with the service I received. For a gvmnt facility, this definitely deserves 5 stars.
All I needed was a tax transcript for school.got told had make apt. Ok can see that if it was packed by there was no one but me there.
Only giving one star so it will be seen. We drove all the way from Pascagoula only to be turned away at 4 when it says they are open until 4:30. What we needed to do would have taken 5 minutes tops, and now we have to come all the way back over here when my husband has another day off. I am furious. Tried to call and fix the matter but they never answers the phone
My tax refund was "Accepted" 90 days ago and i still haven't received it. We the people are held to strict deadlines and can face jail time and fines but the IRS can be as late as they want with zero repercussions.
