Great AS place GOOD VETS AND EVEN BETTER TECH'S AND RECEPTION
I was a little skeptical going in but Dr. Gant and the whole staff at Banfield were fantastic. They took great care of my Lou and gave me all the information I needed. Dr. Gant took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. Since Dr. Jen had to close Happy Tails, I will be taking Lou to Banfield for everything.
Very rude, treated my wife very disrespectfully, and straight up ripped her off. They refused to listen to any suggestions from us about our dog that is sensitive to certain medications and basically forced trifexis down our throat. It's clear that this place is there only for money, from what I have gathered they have a deal with trifexis as that's almost all they prescribe. Petsmart will not be receiving my business while this place still operates there.
Friendly staff. Dr. Gant has been wonderful. Easy to get same day appointment.
Pay $45 a month to have my pets taken care of. Finally have to bring my cat in and it costs me over $200. Was told I was given a "discount" due to my wellness plan. Called my old vet and the same thing would have costed around $100. Some discount. Needless to say, I'm canceling my "wellness plan" and going back to my old vet....
