Window King is great in taking money, but terrible at handling warranty services. Window King has replaced my impact windows with tempered glass. I clearly stated I have impact windows. After all, I spent $9,000 for these over-priced windows from this company. They have poor communication and slow to respond to this concern. I am still waiting for the correct replacements since March 2017. Stay tuned to how this turns out. I will keep you posted.

Window King worked our insurance company in getting our windows replaced after a tornado. Our installer Gerald did an professional outstanding job making the new windows fit our older house. He was very thorough even when the going got a little difficult. As years go by, I am confident that every time I look at our windows, I will remember our great experience.
