Ever since they first started filling my scripts five years ago I've had one problem and the lady I had it with is gone. Pharmacist is awesome sweet and very gentle. All staff are kind and respectful and always concerning I'd your not rude.
Literally the worst. This Rite Aid strung me along for close to a week telling me that my prescription would be in on their shipment "tomorrow" until I had enough. I had my script transferred by my doctor (which is always a huge ordeal to get ahold of) on day 6. Unbelievable.
If you're looking for a hassle, this is the place to go. If you're looking to get treated properly and follow the treatment plan prescribed by your doctor, look elsewhere. See video below. Everything is pretty obvious, except for how you actually can get the pharmacist to fill what your doctor wants you to take.
As long as the pharmacist feels you are on the appropriate customer list, you are able to fill your prescriptions here. However, if you do not meet all of the pharmacist's and Rite Aid's requirements, you may not be getting your prescription filled here. Even though your prescription is current and you have a prescription history with the pharmacy, they will pull you off to the side and let you know that you are not special enough for your medicines that your doctor has prescribed.
