I gave Cinemark a bad review last time, but am revising it. When I did my review I was not aware, that they were making alterations to the theatre. The only thing I don't like is you need to make reservations. I'm sure there are positives and negatives about that. All in all the theatre is nice. The seats are comfortble and there is room between the rows. I would like it if they could have more classic films, but that might be something out of their control.
*EDITED* They upgraded the whole theater with new reclining leather seats. You can order food, even beer! They put a wall down each aisle which blocks your view of the people in front of you, so you feel very private and also no longer have to see the blinding light of some chump playing on their phone a few rows ahead of you during a movie. Upgraded my review to 5 stars because of the changes they made. Theater smells new, like new wood which I love. And with the Cinemark app you get rewards for buying tickets and so on.
I wish I could give a 0 star review. I travel the United States and have been to a lot of movie theaters and never seen one like this. This place is ridiculous just ridiculous. I went to take my cousin to see a movie I'm 24 Years old. He is 14 years old.I was told that he has to be with a parent to see a movie. I am his guardian. The movie started before their so called curfew but ended after. If they are going to be this rude they need to have it posted on their website. I went the night before with no trouble. I do not think anybody at that movie theater knows the curfew They just act like it. Because The guy at the ticket booth told me several different excuses. In every one did not make sense. He said he needed to see my cousins id I told him he is 14 he does not have an id. He said well then I need to see yours so I showed him my ID in that still wasn't good enough. He said my cousin needed a parent with him. That is ridiculous. Most movie theaters you need to be with someone over 21 to see a movie after curfew or are r rated. I'm fine with that and that makes sense. But not this place.
This place is terrible. It caused me to get food poisoning. I’m very sick right now. I’m going to call the food agency on you guys. Please read this review and take it into consideration. Your loving supporter Michael Jackson. I hate this place. Go to the one in Diberville.
staff is super helpful concession is reasonably priced for a movie theater and seats are great
