Awesome family or eat alone restaurant. Very good food and reasonable prices. Service is always great and people friendly!
Half of the food was cold, undercooked, unbelievably salty. The other half burnt. Our server Chris was very nice and tried to fix the problem, but the manager was unapologetic and rude to my husband and myself. She did remove 2 side items and my entire meal that was inedible, from our ticket and our bill was still $95 for 4 people for lunch and that was before the tip. Myself and one other person didn't even eat our meals because it was so salty and horribly cooked. We love a good steakhouse, but this was so disappointing. It was supposed to be a celebratory lunch. Next time we will wait til 4 and go back to Texas Roadhouse.
Went today, 4pm, took 3 hostess about 5 minutes to figure out where to seat my husband and I (there were maybe 5 tables occupied throughout the entire restaurant). Our appitizer and water/beer was good but that's about it. Our food came cold, my husband sent them back, got the plates back (3 min later) the food was still cold, plates were warm, my husband asked for no cheese on his potato (it had extra cheese). The manager is the one that served the plates once they went back, not sure who was more rude, the waitress or manager, unapologetic and no server manors. We asked for our ticket for our drinks and appitizer, got an eye roll from the manager and when the waitress came back with the bill she sat it on our table and kept walking...Very rude, will never go back and wouldn't recommend only left a 1 star so I could leave a review. Not to mention we were sat by the kitchen door and the entire time we waited for our food we heard the bartender complain to a customer (or perhaps an employee off the clock) sitting at the bar "he's tired of the wait staff asking for drinks when he's not ready to serve yet" umm it's 4pm and your working behind the bar, what's your job duty if it's not serving drinks?! How's that place still open?
Worst steakhouse ever, the food was VERY SALTY poorly prepared and cold. Rice wasn't cooked and the manager was very rude. The cooks need a lesson on how to cook 101 but chopped steak is not a hamburger patty flatten out, that's called hamburger steak there is a difference. We never eat at longhorn again.
Let me start by saying the service was awesome for a busy Friday night. The new York strip was a third fat and rare. Manager took half off the steak and even offered to make another one. Asked for a sweet tea to go and the bottom inch of the cup was straight sugar. I like drinking sand as much as the next guy but when it's unexpected it kinda catches your off guard and left my dinner in the packing lot. So service good. Food not so much.
