This place was wonderful and made you feel at home. Connie was my housekeeper. She always ensure my room was kept tidy, even when I left it a mess. She was kind enough to leave kind words and holliday greetings on the night stand every night. I travel all the time and it made my experience stand out. Thank you Connie :-)
Through expedia paid for an ocean view room. Got there, the toilet doesn't work. They put us in a first floor on the other side, no ocean view, in fact no view. There is plastic covering the window. Waiting for what seemed like a very long time for the staff to get get their act together, I had to go downstairs to ask for the new room key. The attitude was interesting. Don't chance, just don't use the hotel. Find someplace else. No one needs this hassle.
Loved it! My stay here was simply pleasing and very refreshing. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room had the perfect view of the beach and waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was breathtaking. I will most definitely visit this hotel again, as well as recommend it to family and friends. The room was worth the price...in fact it was a great deal. I enjoyed my trip to the fullest and at the end of each day I rested well each night in my very comfortable & plush bed.
Bistro downstairs provides good breakfast food but is pricey. Staff was helpful for the most part and provided us with what ever we needed. Pool area is nice even though it is a little dated. Fitness center is new and very nice. It was a great experience staying here.
It was great!! The room was so nice. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
