Everything seemed fine until the next morning when we were hit with a 35 dollar fee. We had booked a room here because it said pet friendly and we were told it would be a 25.00 pet fee..ok great. We get there and it's actually 28.00..still no problem. We were told it was in case of a mess..understandably. We took advantage of this free offer from the casino for dinner and we were gone between 7-9pm. Came back to the room and we had a call from front desk stating our dog had barked and the room next door complained but all was fine. The next morning we received a charge for 35.00 because our dog barked!!! How is this a pet friendly hotel? She did not bark the whole time we were in the room so I know she did not keep people up. The hotel said they comped the room next door for their complaint and we were responsible!!No one ever said that us. I will never stay at this hotel again or any clarion for that matter.
