His office staff are caring and courteous and always trying to help and know each and every case when you call so they can direct you in the right direction or tell you that Mr. Koon will have to contact you regarding the situation. He is always quick to answer and never says, "let me get your file to see what is going on..." because he always knows what is going on.

The best lawyer I have ever encountered. He actually cares about his clients. Main reason, he does not and I repeat DOES NOT sugar coat a damn thing, and believe it or not that motivates people to do their best. His communication within his office is the best. Quick response no matter how big or small the situation is.
