Was told at least 3 times that I would be called back within a couple of hours, within a period of 3 days. Never called me back. My quote over email was expensive, and I didn't fill it out correctly so I was trying to get in touch with someone because I needed insurance and was aware that I hadn't filled it out correctly. Needless to say I got insurance with a company more competent and reliable then this one. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, sticking to the big names because the small scumy ones seem to just want your money.

I went in for a homeowner's ins quote and 30 mins later came out of there with a new policy. 60% less than the old policy I had. Knowledgable and helpful staff.
