This is by far the best nail spa!!! I love the staff in there, but I especially love KATHY. She does such beautiful work on my nails and is invested in getting to know me and my personal style. Such great customer service here.
Wait is too long, eyebrow wax in was just okay. Pedi was pretty good but I specified I wanted gel on my nails and they forgot. So by the time I realized it i didn't feel like them waiting to take it off. And I called before I went.
I have been going to Vivid for almost 8 years. I will never go anywhere else. They do great work and the staff is amazing.

My first time trying the coffin shaped nails and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. The woman who did them took an hour and took great attention to detail. This was by far the best experience I've had at a nail salon in all my life. Reasonable prices and I was seen so quickly I ndisnt even have time to sit down.
