I called Deens florist the day before Easter in the afternoon; trying to get flowers delivered to my mother for Easter and the man I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful.He got my information and they had a basket of flowers available for delivery and he said"He would make sure she got the flowers today" and he did what he said he would. My mother was so impress with the flowers; she couldn't get over it. Thank you so much for your exceptional and professional service. I will be using your service in the near future and I will refer your florist shop to others.
I called to get my wife some flowers last minute, and the help I had with the owner was phenomenal! He was closed and still helped me out by getting my flowers set up for my wife's birthday the following day. Truly an amazing business he runs and I recommend it to everyone.
On April 19th 2017 I ordered the "rainbow bright" arrangement to be sent to a friend's hospital room at Gulfport Memorial Hospital the next day. The day I put my order in I asked for the receipt to be emailed and it never was sent. I called the next day asking if it was delivered (and for my receipt to be emailed to me) and I was told that my friend wasn't in the room and had left. What had actually happened is she left for a procedure. It would have been nice to leave the arrangement with the desk. I had asked for our receipt on 3 different occasions and today May 1st I was finally emailed the receipt. When my friend got her flowers she sent me a picture of her arrangement and it was mostly pink flowers...not "rainbow".
Very good service and the quality is definitely there.
