I was in the checkout line 8 minute ago and I asked the young lady if it was okay to accept all ones for a $18 purchase and she just acted like she didn't want to do that. I could not believe that she acted like that and I thought who cares what you give the person the type of money whether it's one's change or whatever that you would be glad to get it one way or the other. I was very disappointed and that customer service lady maybe because she was young and has not been trained properly. What's sad is the customer service in a lot of businesses are losing money because of little things like this they all add up at the end of the day.
Clean well layout store. Greeted on entering and friendly staff asked us if we need any help. Some neat pieces we might want to purchase.

Always something new
Associates are great while in the store. Very helpful and always greeted with a smile. I gave this 4 stars because of 2 associates that were smoking outside the front door. I waited inside my car hoping they would finish and go inside but they either had really long cigarettes or lit up twice. I'm asthmatic and try to stay away from smokers. I did go inside since it looked like they were taking an extended break (holding my breath as I walked by). Can't they take their smoke breaks out back??
