I purchase from Old Navy at least once a month or more. I purchased some cute Christmas PJ bottoms. I washed them and wore them. On the second wear I felt a rip along the seam. I tried to exchange them and I was treated like a criminal. For God's sake all I wanted was to exchange for the same thing. The 2 girls at the register were very rude at the Gulfport, MS store.

The clothing selection this year leaves much to be desired ad I think Old Navy is slipping in their style dept. The clothes look drab and the summer dresses material is astoundingly ugly...very disappointed in Old Navy's styles this year
