Extremely friendly owner, helped us navigate area road rides. Took time out of his busy holiday schedule to bring up Strava maps on his big screen tv of area so we knew where to ride. A wonderful experience with a LBS!

Jeff is a really nice guy... I don't know much about cycling but he actually gives the time to explain why. Great shop, even better people.
These people appear to be horrible at what they do. They kept my bike for 3 months and did nothing. I went back to Simply have them help me order the proper spokes and they got me to order the wrong ones. I've barely been able to use my bike in the past 6 months due to these people and their incompetency. I strongly recommend you should find someone else.
